Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and support PayPal for annual subscriptions.
Is there a free trial?
Our Enabler Plan is FREE Forever with 500 conversations per month! No credit card required. Everyone gets the latest build at the same time — we build together, we grow together. Contributor and Business plans also come with a 14-day free trial.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. Enabler Plan users (500 conversations/month) can upgrade anytime to get more conversations. Paid plan users can upgrade or purchase additional conversation packs.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Save 20% when you pay annually. Contact our sales team for volume discounts and custom pricing.
What kind of support do you provide?
All plans include email support. Professional plans get priority support, and Business customers get a dedicated account manager with 24/7 assistance. For Business plan customers, dedicated support can also be purchased on an hourly basis for specialized needs.
